We are investigating reports of a disturbance in the medical centre car park on Stanley Avenue, Mablethorpe, between 11.20am and midday on Friday 19 June. It is reported that a man caused distress to another by his actions and we are appealing for any information that will help with our inquries.
We believe the man in the picture may have information that will assist and appeal for information that will help us identify him.
