West Midlands Police are appealing for witnesses following a motorbike and car collision in Solihull on 4 July that left the rider with serious leg injuries. Read the full police update, source details and public appeal.
We’re appealing for witnesses to a collision involving a motorbike and a car in Solihull yesterday afternoon (Sat). Officers attended at the junction of Cookes Lane, Kingshurst, just after 1.20pm and found the rider being treated by ambulance crew.
He was taken to hospital with leg injuries which are understood to be life changing. The driver of the car remained at the scene and is assisting with enquiries.
CCTV is being reviewed and witnesses are being spoken with by investigators who would also ask anyone with dashcam footage from around the time of the collision to get in contact.
