UK strengthens border security with new sniffer dogs deployed in Bulgaria. From September, three new sniffer dogs – Luna, Callie and Sprocket – will be deployed to the border to help stop the smuggling of goods including small boats.
They follow in the success of detection dog Adele, who supported Bulgarian law enforcement to intercept 48kg of cocaine at their southern border last week. Bulgaria is a key partner for the NCA in tackling a range of threats including organised immigration crime.
